I have reached the end of my course. It has been a difficult year and at a few points I didn’t think I would finish it, but I’m happy to say it is all done! We had our end of year exhibition at the Out of the Blue Drill Hall in Edinburgh, if anyone lives in the Edinburgh area it is worth visiting (obviously I would say that though).

For HND students we had two photos on display. The photos myself and my tutor decided I would use were the pesto shot from last month, and the one below which is a Venison and Pear Burger. This unusual dish worked really well and I got the idea from a Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall recipe you can see here.

The night itself was great and you can still visit and see some amazing photographs from my coursemates, so if you are around, pop in and have a look!
